Improve your Social Life

You are no longer your child’s plus one or touch line supporter – in fact you have probably been relegated to the more solitary role of taxi driver for some time now. Constantly being on call to pick up and drop off puts quite a restriction on your free time. Now is the time to inject a bit of energy back into your social life – mix it up a little - look up old friends and maybe make some new! Taking up a new sport, activity or pastime is a great place to begin – have a look at what is out there, pick something that interests you and take the plunge with your partner, a friend or even on your own. What’s the worst that can happen?  Remember all work and no play …!
We have put some suggestions together for you so take a look.
